This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Match Deals (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website or contact us. It is drafted to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) (“UAE PDPL”). Note: UAE free zones such as DIFC/ADGM have their own data protection regimes, which may apply depending on where the business is established/operated.

2) What personal data we collect

Lead & inquiry data: name, company, role, work email, markets/regions, event details, hospitality type, objectives, notes you submit.
Communications: messages you send via email, WhatsApp, or other channels, and our replies.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, referring page, and basic server logs used for security and performance.

3) Why we process your data

To review your request and respond with an activation outline.
To contact you about scheduling, logistics, and next steps related to your request.
To operate, secure, and improve the website (fraud prevention, debugging, performance).

4) Legal basis under the UAE PDPL

The UAE PDPL generally requires consent to process personal data, with specific exceptions such as where processing is necessary to take steps at your request or to perform a contract, protect vital interests, serve public interest, handle legal claims, or where data was made public by you. We rely on:

Your consent when you submit forms or contact us with a request (you can withdraw consent). Consent must be clear and withdrawable.
Contract / pre-contract steps when you ask us to evaluate or deliver a service outline (processing needed to handle your request).
Security/operational necessity for basic site logging and protection.

5) Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with service providers needed to run the site and communications, for example:

Hosting provider: Hostinger (website hosting, file storage, logs).
Email provider: Hostinger email / mail infrastructure used for daniel@promatchdeals.com.
Form delivery: Data is processed on our hosting environment and delivered to our inbox.
Communication platforms: WhatsApp (if you message us) and LinkedIn (if you interact via LinkedIn links).

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above (responding, follow-up, business records). The UAE PDPL expects personal data not to be kept after the purpose is fulfilled, unless anonymised or otherwise lawfully retained.

Subject to UAE PDPL conditions and exceptions, you can request:

Access to your personal data and information about how it is processed.
Correction/completion of inaccurate data.
Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) in specific cases (e.g., data no longer needed, consent withdrawn, unlawful processing).
Restriction/cessation of processing in specific cases (including objection for direct marketing).
Data portability in certain cases (e.g., consent/contract and automated processing).
Objection to automated decision-making/profiling where applicable.
